At Tri-Fitness, you set your fitness goals, and Fola pushes you to get there!   He doesn't yell at you like a drill sergeant, but he believes in you when you just want to lay on the floor and quit! Fola looks at my areas of strength, as well as my weaknesses, and continuously incorporates a variety of exercises into my workouts to challenge and help me to achieve my desired results.    There will be days when you'll be a little sore after your workouts, but believe me, your body and clothes will thank you in the long run!
